Puls Biznesu – Business Gazelles Gala

Partner of the Business Gazelles ranking The Business Gazelles Gala Night took place on 5 March 2013 in Warsaw. Rent Design was a partner of this event. The Business Gazelles ranking is the most dynamically developing ranking of small and medium enterprises. A gazelle is a small or medium company which as a result of its dynamic development is successful even among much larger competitors. The Business Gazelles ranking is prepared once a year by economic dailies that belong to the Bonnier Press Group from Sweden. In addition to the daily Puls Biznesu, such rankings are published by its sister dailies from Sweden, Danemark, Austria, Latvia, Russian, Estonia and Slovenia. The Gazelle selection criteria in individual countries are determined in accordance with the local economic conditions, however, the aim is everywhere the same: promoting small and medium enterprises.

Rent Design as a partner of the MICE Poland Personality of the Year 2013 hellish gala

The results of the sixth edition of the MICE Poland Personality of the Year ranking were announced on 24 January at the Expo XXI Warsaw International Expocenter. The awards were presented to Karol Kamas, Magdalena Gaik, Monika Kloczkowska and Michał Czerniak. Rent Design was an honoured partner of this unique event. The gala was hosted by: Robert Moskwa, actor and presenter, one of the leads in the TV series ‘M jak miłość’, and Aleksandra Szwed, actress, singer and presenter, known to a wider public mostly for her role in the TV series ‘Rodzina zastępcza’. The evening featured performances by two bands, Red Heels and Drugi Tydzień, as well as Aleksandra Szwed with The Czad Makers. The leitmotif of this event was hell. This year’s event was dominated by fire flames, devil’s horns and red colour. As the event partner, Rent Design supported the gala organizers in organizing the space, while maintaining the ‘hellish’ concept for the interior decor. The company provided furniture for the catering area where the guests could admire eco-friendly Palbar bars illuminated in red and Iceberg modules. Additionally, Rent Design prepared a well-equipped chill-out zone in the main hall, featuring modular Milda LED sofas, Hebe cubes and elegant VAR tables. The decor was complemented by red-backlit vases full of flowers. We also provided furniture for the front-desk area where comfortable poufs and designer, eco-friendly tables made from white-painted boxes were prepared for the guests.

Our design for Play Station 4 – 2013

At night, on 28/29 November, the long-awaited premiere of Play Station 4 was held in the Warsaw club Basen (former Centralny Basen Artystyczny). Rent Design support LIVE, an agency which produced this exceptional event, in organizing the club’s interior.

The event was attended by more than 400 participants, and its motto was ‘This is for the players’. For this premiere, we prepared an incredible set design conceptualized as an imitation of a huge console mock-up. We used illuminated EXPO displays marked with the same symbols that can be found on the controller. They gave rise to an intriguing spatial structure and aroused strong interest among the guests. The interior of the club was filled with elegant, inflated sofas and original, eco-friendly Click furniture. Rent Design also complemented its furniture with a specially prepared bar zone. It was a most remarkable and quite memorable interior decor. Among the guests were e.g.: Adam Małysz, Leszek Kuzaj, Dawid Podsiadło, Wojtek „Łozo” Łozowski, Jan Błachowicz, Adam Fidusiewicz and Michał Figurski. DJ Adamus was in charge of music that night. The event was hosted by Kuba Marcinowicz – editor of Programme 4 of the Polish Radio, and Marcin Ziobrowski – Managing Director of Sony Computer Entertainment Polska.
